Shopoli.com respects your privacy.  We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers...PERIOD.  Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Information collected on our Web site is collected and used only by Shopoli.com.  Shopoli.com will not collect any personal information about customers except when specifically and knowingly provided by them. Examples of personally identifiable information include full name, home address, e-mail address, and phone number.

Children

Shopoli.com does not sell products for purchase by children.  We sell children's products for purchase by adults.  If you are under 18, you may use Shopoli.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Shopoli.com does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Shopoli.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Shopoli.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Use of Information

Shopoli.com may collect information from you to figure out how to improve our site by seeing which areas, features and products are most popular.  Second, we may collect information in order to personalize the site for our customers.  For example, in the future, we may recommend products or features you may like based on what you have liked in the past.  Last, we collect information to enable customers to conduct transactions on our Web site and to participate in sweepstakes, contests and other activities.  If we need to collect information for other purposes, we will ask your permission before we collect the information.

Cookies

Shopoli.com uses a feature of your Internet Web browser called a "cookie" to assign a unique identification to your computer.  Cookies are small pieces of information "remembered" by your browser.  We use these cookie files to track your clicks as you go through the Shopoli.com Web site, to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, to tell us whether you have visited Shopoli.com previously, and to help us determine whether you came to Shopoli.com from a particular Internet link or banner advertisement.

How the Shopping Cart works & knows who you are... Our shopping system uses a "session ID" to manage each shoppers order.  The session ID is a "non-persistent" cookie meaning that it is never saved to your computers hard drive but is only cached in the browsers memory for twenty minutes or until the browser is closed.  The session ID consists only of a short number. If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0 At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:   If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0 At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:   Choose View Then Internet Options Click the Advanced tab Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under security and choose the Enable Cookies option. If you're using Netscape Communicator 6.0 At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:   Click Edit Then Preferences Click on Privacy and Security Then Cookies Select Enable. If you're using Netscape Communicator 4.0 At the top of your browser on your Task Bar:   Click Edit Then Preferences Click on Advanced Set your options in the box labeled Cookies. Note: If you're having trouble signing in with your User ID and password, try deleting all cookies. (Users of MSN® TV (formerly known as WebTV®) may not be able to delete their cookies themselves.
